A recent 2nd Place winner of the Kona Coffee Festival, this decadent coffee delivers one of the most unique tasting experiences.  Flavors of natural fruit cherry, a hint of fermentation and a hint of clove define this naturally dried coffee.  The natural drying process includes hand-harvesting all fruit to then be fermented and dehydrated to perfection in a building sized unit by our Ohana neighbor.  This is favored instead of traditionally discarding layers first and sun-drying the beans (seeds).  Then our artisanal fireroast balances familiar smoky tones with a robust yet fruity sweetness taking advantage of the flavors the entire fruit package can provide.
