Our reserve roasts represent the personal favorite of our Master Roaster, and this one is named after the Hawaiian word for chocolate, Kokoleka. A full city roast has a perfect balance of both medium and dark roast notes, but is not the same as a combination of the two making for a truly unique and delicious blend of smoky chocolate notes.
